Cradit my balance without permission

Sir,

I am an user of airtel prepaid connection. My cell number is 9660525540.Last day I made a call to company custemer care number for submit my complain regarding to cradit my balance by fake.but thay answer me that we try to give your balance back (complain number at airtel 1208483530), but now they do not giveing me any stisfy answer. They try to make me understand that I choosen the bollywod fusion facility.but, I still not interasted in there facility or in other word I did not choosen that. They blame me that I telling lie. Now I am disappointed from airtel plz solve my promblem...
