Refer my EARLIER requests for the Removal of my past Designation from the monthly bills. Despite my repeated requests over phone, direct contact, by special messengers, etc., & the assurances made, time and again, by your front office executives and managers, the bills are coming with the designation. I am upset with the inefficient, inept and hopeless way of handling by your perssonnel. Every time they assured that the corrections were made in ur system. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CORRECT MY MAILING ADDRESS WITHOUT DESIGNATION FOR OVER 18 MONTHS.ALLMY EFFORTS PROVED FUTILE.PLEASE INTERFERE WITH COMPETANT PERSSONNEL AND CORRECT THE MAILING ADRESS, SINCE THE MOBILE IS FOR MY PERSONAL USE AND HENCE DELETE THE DESIGNATION -! SUPERINTENDENT OF CENTRAL EXCISE-AFTER MY NAME.MENTAL AGONY ALREADY CAUSED DUE TO USELESS SERVICE BY YOUR STAFF & OFFICERS.CONFIRM ALL THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM.SEND YOUR REVISED & CORRECTED BILL FOR PAYMENT.KUMAR.R. 98401 79393.MD TO SEE ACT&ADVICE PERSSONNEL ACCORDINGLY.

Request for deletion of one "word" viz; "superintendent of central excise" not given effect to, despite repeated promises made by your front office and back office personnel at CHENNAI.Im met with useless and horrible service from your personnel. More than 100 complaints r given by all means including to MD and Chairmen. It only visualises pouring water on an inept bufflo.request for correction in billing has not materialised for nearly 2 years.your organisation is worse than any other government officers. It is not PATTA transfer. Even that will not take much time in government office. ACT WITH SCRUPLES.Pray for immediate action.
