any update regarding complain because i not able to use my Internet connection
and i am also not able to contact customer care.
when i recharge my connection it is deduct amount automatically.
kindly provide me resolution time.

Dear sir,
I have nokia x2-01 mobile handset with air tel prepaid no. 8126413821, when i
was purchased noika phone that time they people inform me that internet usage
like facebook, orkut is free of cost for one year.
Few days internet is working fine free of cost, but after some days it was not
working .when I was contact customare care regarding this issue they people
says nokia handset is fault, i was surprise how it possiable .i am also
contact nokia care, but there is no fault with handset.
I am again contact with airtel customer care & inform that my handset is fine
but internet is not working .that time customer care person says some airtel
network having problem and will resolve shortly.
now internet is working fine but airtel is charge.
i am not understand why Airtel is charged & cut amount, if it is free for a
year,
amount Rs. 75/- is deduct.
kindly return my amount as soon is possiable or advise me who will pay this
amount airtel or Nokia ..
