Over the last two months, the incidence and frequency of drop calls occuring when using mobile services provided by Airtel has increased. The service provider has to examine and rectify the problem. Could it be a lack of capacity and overloading? If so, then a limit must be set to provide reliable customer service.
Furthermore, at Nehru Place, the coverage seems to be very poor, especially at the highrise offices. Perhaps Airtel should install a repeater station to bridge the problem.
