TEMPORARY DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE

RE: Temporary Disconnection of Service.

Dear Sir,

Today Morning I found that my Mobile was displaying a MESSAGE that “SIM NOT VALID”. I called up the Customer Care Service and they informed me that my line was Temporarily Discontinued on account of Non Payment of Dues on my Data Card Connection.

I have been using the Data Card for more than a Year and the Services Promised to me at the time of taking the Connection were never matched by the services actually received. The Services Received was much below the level of Services Promised. Every time I would go to the Airtel Relation Centre and enquire about “When the Services would improve” and I would get one reply that “VERY SHORTLY”. But this never happened. Even than I continued with the Services on the hope that this will happen shortly.

The major setback came in the Month of March when the Services came down to intolerable levels. The Connection would disconnect without any reason and reconnect on its own. There would be no connectivity for hours for no reason.

I decided to discontinue the Data Card Services and also stopped making the payments. Because the Services Offered by you on Data Card was never matching (IT WAS BELOW THE PROMISES MADE BY YOUR RELATIONSHIP CENTRE) even after more than a year of usage. The call from your Relation Ship Centre for Payment Outstanding was attended by me and he was also updated on my stand. The Person on line even assured me that they will very soon improve and I should continue with the connection.

I have been paying a Premium charge for Services being used by me. I decided to stop this and as a result I decided to discontinue.

Regarding my AIRTEL CONNECTION 9831174414, I never had any problem with the services. You can also track my Payment History on this account. You were also satisfied with my performance and usage

And you have been kind enough to gradually increase my CREDIT LIMIT to Rs.14700.00 from Rs.8200.00. This reiterates my stand that the services offered by you on Data Card are not of Airtel Standards.

MY GRIEVANCE:

Today Morning, when I picked up my phone, I was surprised to find that MY PHONE IS DISPLAYING A MESSAGE “SIM NOT VALID”.

I called up AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE and they informed me due to nonpayment of my Data Card Dues, my services have been temporarily discontinued.

My Request:

You are requested to look into the matter in the light of the above submission and restore my line. I would further request you to highlight on the Services of the data card services and give a solution to the problem.

In case you still do not restore my line 9831174414, I would request you to kindly accept my Request for Surrender of my CONNECTION 9831174414 and my Data Card with effect from the date and time of refusal to restart my connection.
