Change of tariff plan problem

I am working in Department of Atomic Energy, (Central Government), Mumbai, holding a Airtel connection from March, having a tariff rate as follows:-

A2A Rs. 0.10 paise

other mobile it was Rs. 0.30 paise

the above plan is specially allotted to the Central Government Servant only, but from last two week it has been changed without any intimation as follows:-

A2A Rs. 0.25 paise

other mobile it was Rs. 0.50 paise

I have complained to Customer service in respect of above matter, but till have not got proper reply.

Very poor service.
