Airtel mobile postpaid
Call divert not working

I'm having airtel no 9746769404. i'm not able to set call divert to my another mobile (TATA docomo) when i'm busy. contacted local service centres of airtel at ernakulam. they say it's not possible. how??? why this poor service by aiirtel when other service providers allow call divert to airtel
