Hi Madam/Sir,
I have purchased NQ mobile security premium membership from Airtel on 29/04 (Sunday) & i have charged for that but still PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP was not activated. I contacted airtel customer care on this issue but the issue is not resolved & they give vague reasons like the system is down. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Either i need premium membership enabled or else my money back..
