I am having AIRTEL prepaid mobile connection. Since the services are not satisfactory I decided to change the service provider keeping the number under number portability. Accordingly a message (PORT 98402652782) was sent to 1900 on 06/09. But till date the unique porting code has not been received. May I request early action in this regard.(A copy of email sent to airtel on 25/08 for which no reply recieved so far is given below)

I have recahrged my airtel connection with Rs.345 on 24/08 (transaction ID652110450) for full talk time and
with Rs.43 (for talk time of Rs.1)(transaction ID 652116063). This recharge was changing my tariff to one Ps/second as informed by your costumer cell. But now I have made a call to 09446224123 and amount charged was @1.2 ps/second. This amounts to clear cheating. Before recharge with Rs.43, I could call the same no.@50ps/second.now it will be 72 ps/second for one minute call. Why you cheat the customers this way?
I want a clear reply and tariff YOU ARE CHARGING NOW.
