False Roaming Charges

I went to New Delhi on 23/11 and I was there till 10/11. When i recharged for talktime on 28/11 but Airtel put that (Rs.102) money in the phone's GPRS account although my phone settings are not set for that & I've never used GPRS from my phone. When I came back to Bhopal Airtel still went on deducting roaming charges on outgoing calls and continues to do the same till date. I'm sick & tired of their services but still if Airtel receives this complaint then please correct it as soon as possible. My ph. no. is 919993959129
