On 10 Mar 11 I got my air tel No. 9001155506 recharged for Rs. 200at 1065 Hrs for which I got recharge successful message & Trans ID 1063778883 but I didn't get any Talk time for that. I contacted Airtel customer care center several time but in vain. On 11 Mar 11 I had a conversation with Mr. Imran Bage of airtel customer care requesting to accept my complain for not getting any talk time for my recharge and do the needful. He said that ur recharge is blocked for which he can not accept any complain and he can not do anything except saying sorry in exchange of my Rs. 200. After a long conversation for 26 minutes for which I was charged Rs. 9/-, then only he could provide me Complain No. CBNRA30311780674 saying that with in 48 Hrs your problem will be sorted out and ur account will be recharged.
After waiting for 03 days I contacted again customer care but they again & again asked me to narrate the whole story on my expense as Airtel charge its customers for contacting customer care. Several times they kept me waiting and did not respond till my all the balance was vanished. That time I was at a remote location, due to not having any balance in spite of recharging my phone for Rs. 200/-, for days I could not contact to any one, suffered a lot and bared heavy losses.
I do not understand what kind of business ethics are being followed by Airtel company. If there is not any Rs. 200 recharge available in company schemes why its system is accepting the recharge saying recharge successful and not giving any talk time in exchange. I fear company might be earning huge revenue through these unfair trade practices. Company has no right to keep my Rs. 200 without providing any talk time in exchange.
Please look in to the matter and help me to Recharge my account for the said Rs. 200, for which till today I did not get any recharge.
