Rs. 56/- were charged from my airtel prepaid mobile for calling to 5660 and using that number for 87 min. First, no call was made from this number at the time told by the CSE.
Second, this number is invalid if you call from any other number, so its wiered to say that it was used for 87 min.
Third, the message for payment deduction was sent after 14 hours.
Looking at this I conclude that Airtel is using bad practices and looting consumers.
More serious thing is when CSE couldn't give any satisfactory answer.
