I am an airtel postpaid customer, repeatedly disappointed and frustrated with the kind of service provided to me in many aspects. I held an airtel postpaid corporate number, recently requested through an airtel official of a particualr bill plan.
My very first month's bill had been generated entirely wrong, with a wrong bill plan. I had requested it to be corrected and sent. A simple request for revision of bill.
It has been repeated poor service since then. Every single day, I had been receiving more than 2 calls, Every single time, a new person spoke. And I had to repeat the entire story of what the issue is. And every time the response was 'We'll get back to you'. The next call, I heard that I had not paid my bill on time. That's all they knew. Not even a single person from the customer care noted my complaint properly, till date. The huge number of calls and mails I had done were of no use. In spite of repeated explanations, without any notice, my airtel connection had been disconnected, messages and calls had been barred for no fault of mine.
I kept receiving continuous bills with increased amount each time, but not even a single time, my actual complaint or query was answered. They expected me to pay the amount they stated bindly.
My connection has been totally terminated now, again abruptly. Thanks to the excellent service provided by Airtel.
