New scheme is not activated, i am not getting any response from airtel customer care

Scheme is not activated.

Hello,

I switched to local airtel calls 30p/min, other local & std 50p/min plan (pre-paid) on dated 3.1.2010.

I paid Rs. 65 E-recharged and no talk time E-recharge trans ID is 883536192.

the scmeme is not activated neither any talk time given. recently i visited the airtel gallary spoke to

customer care executive noted my complaint and till date no response from airtel

when I call on customer service number 121, there is no option to talk to the customer care executive.

I have been with Airtel only for the reason that I don't want to change my cell number.

But now I'm fed up of Airtel and if I don't get a solution, I'll soon switch to some other service provider.

Please help.
