Hi, i got Sim Refresing problem, and i tried to resolve it with airtel but they force me to purchase new sim, i m purchasing new sim second time, and if i got same problem in next sim then how many sim i have to purchase i ask them, but they told me that, its only way to resolve this problem.so they are collecting money from peoples, using this type of services, its clearly problem of sim and i m ready to give my sim for verification but they not giving me satisfactory answer, they just told me that its nominal fees (Rs.25/- only) to purchase new sim.its clealry problem of sim then each time why should i suffrer due their bad service.i tried to resolve this propblem with their (121) customer case service many times, their relationship centers 3 times, and their mail compnaint service on ([email protected]) their mail id.but all just force me to purchase new sim.i can pay Rs.25/- its nominal for me, but its not an solution and they not giving warranty or gurranty for their sim.if next sim got same problem then again i have to purchase new sim and it will be continue infinity.so now i tired and i contact your consumer complaints.so please do needfull.
