Internet on mobile

My name is shrirang bakshi and living at washim. i have a mobile and my service provider is airtel which is known as very bad service provider also.

i have taken its mobile service offer for internet on mobile and pc for rs 98/- month on 5 th august and till date service is not started on my mobile due to connectivity problem. i am giving complaints for 4 to 5 times but no effect.

so i asked them to refund my rs 98/-, they said no for this.so i giving this complaint against airtel . pl do needful
