World cup scores sms scheme started without approval

My father no. is 9818828071 (airtel) and there is a big issue with the sms alert regarding world cup score provide by airtel and i don, t knw how they activate this scheme without our approval. we had already complaint airtel customer compalint no. so many times that please cancel this scheme for mentioned no.9818828071.so plz do needful and cancelled this schemes.
