On Sunday (26.06.2011) I sent one SMS to my Son at Singapore based on constant information from Airtel.
about slashed tarrif to Singapore but the SMS I sent didn't go that is my Son didn't get it even though Rs.5/- cut off. Subsequently three times Rs.5/- were cut off for the same single SMS. And reaching customer care people is also not possible because of the automated system in their practice to avoid hearing complaints.
