Airtel mobile service postpaid
Wrong billing

Airtel has done a wrong billing and asking me to pay for it. from my mobile call was not made to a # and they continue to accept their billing error.

on 20-Nov, they have done a billing for Rs.1100 .. my average mobile bill amount is only less Rs.400 or so and it has never exceeded this amount.

they are talking about a 5 digit # call.. one call made @ 7:36 am for 1 hr 30 min (Rs.546 bill amount only for this call) and anohter call @ 7:43am (7 min. from the start of the first call) for 1 hr. 33 min. (Rs. 564 charged for this call)

Airtel repeatedly says, they are charging as per their server report.

we never made call to this # and I would like to proove my case and make them understand.. would be helpful, if you could suggest me a way out.. thanks.
