Myself prakash lokhande, i am using airtel prepaied no.09974212861. in the month of december (date27, 28, 29) internet services not available due to technicall issue by airtel .but they didnt refund me neither money nor the extension in days.and same issue rised again in the month of january12 (date29, 30), i complaint in airtel costomercare but they did not response me properly.
