Made my SIM card to invalid SIM

Hi Sir,

This is Nagur, my mobile number is 919600085195. I have been using airtel mobile services for almost 5 years. I recently moved to Australia on company's work visa on temporary basis. So I converted my post paid connection to prepaid and brought the SIM to Australia. Recharging the mobile on regular basis. I'm using this SIM to receive SMS from India, since my bank accounts and everything is linked with this number. But unfortunately for the last 10 days, it has been deactivated and made it as invalid SIM. I'm not sure what is the reason, this mobile number has almost Rs.300 balance in it. I sent number of mails to customer service team and made calls as well. But there is no action taken.

Please suggest what needs to be done further or do the needful from your side. I desperately need this SIM card to be active.
