My Airtel Prepaid no is 9790978431
I subscribed Airtel mobile tv some 3 weeks before and I call customer care on April 29th and asked them to unsubscribe the service. They said that they will resolve within 3 days.
From that date to this day (09-05), Rs. 10 was deducted everyday and Rs. 40 was deducted every starting of week.
I called this customer care nearly 15 - 20 times. One day (On May 3rd or 4th), customer care called me and said that this service is completely deactivated from your mobile.
Even from the day, they started deducting. Again I called the customer service, Every time they said that they will deactivate the service and there is no more charges will be deducted. Last two days they diverted my call. I cant able to contact customer care.
I lost nearly 200 Rs for that without using anything.
This is a very big headache for me, If you will not resolve this, surely i ll switch to some other networks.
