GPRS Charges

I have done refill of Rs.98/- on dated 10.02.2010 on which compay provides 2GB Downloading free throgh GPRS. Even after getting refilled of Rs.98/- i was getting charged for the use of GPRS. Then I have made complaint to Airtel Customer Care and Mr. Manoj from the customer care assured me that my complaint will get resoleved till 12th Feb.. But When I have contacted customer care saying that my complaint still not resolved they are saying (Mr. Wasid, Airtel Customer Care) that it will take another 48 hours to get it resoleved.

Please help me.
