Airtel nop
Couldnt get nop though recharge with rs 104

Dear sir

on 22 07 2010 at 11 24 am i had recharged with rs 104 in my airtel life time connexion no 9903506646. but i was shocked to find that no nop connection was activated till date.in addition i was forcibly subscribed to use rs 5 nop/day service.when complained the cc executive refunded the sum of rs 10 for 2 day use saying that some system upgradeation is going on.
