Rude behaviour of an agent

I am a user of Airtel perpaid for past 1 year my number is 9748536461 and I had faced lots of issues but this was the worest experience ever. the agents instead of providing any solution they spoke to me rudely and without my permission put me on hold and dissconected my call. every now and then without any pirror information they activate some or the other stupid services and cut money from the main balance. this time they not only deactivated my message services without informing me but also deducted my money. I told them without my permision they activated my msg service that to without informing me the exact date that when they will be stoping this service. when asked them they behaved very rudely and dissconcted my call. I hope you understand the urgency for this msg they were so rude that i have to come here. Please do take the action as soon as possible cause i' ve lost hope with those illmannered people.
