Honourable Sir,
I bought a pack of Rs. 98 to activate my internet on Nokia 2690. But ins=ead of activating the service on this set, the company activated by chargi=g Rs. 22. Today it dededucted Rs. 22/- again from my balance whereas I had=deactivated the service a week ago. It is the third time the company has d=ducted Rs. 22/- whereas my balance of 2357 mb is lying in the pack of Rs. =8/- Today when I deactivated the service, the message on my phone nokia ba=ic model having no GPRS facility, said "requesting". The message=went on flashing for about 1.5 hour and is still flashing. I am unable to =eactivate the service. Despite my best efforts, I have not been able to fi=d there complaint number online. Kindly take note of it and act. My phone umbr is 9872777576
