Very bad after sales response

Airtel sales guys have been calling us for converting prepaid SIM to postpaid. After going through the prices, we agreed to change. An Airtel sales guy came on 26th Sep 2011 and took the needed documents and photo from us. We were asked to pay Rs.350 towards activation charges and new postpaid SIM. 3 days later address verification too was done. We understand that Postpaid SIM has been activated. We have so far not received the postpaid SIM.

Now Airtel customer dept says that we need to pay again Rs.50 towards the SIM.

These guys are just cheats. Till they get our money, they will be behind us, thereafter, none of these cheats bother to check whether the service has been rendered or not. These guys have no conscience... just loot the customers. All these guy will pay for their sins.

All the guys who wish to go for postpaid Airtel, be ware of this fraud by the company.
