WRONG ACCOUNTING OF AIRTEL POSTPAID BILLS

We have 6 Airtel post paid connections in the name of FAB DAIRY & TRADING I Pvt. Ltd. (formerly FAB ICECREAMS COMPANY), Bangalore for the past one decade. Our annual pay out to Airtel would be around Rs.1, 15, 000.

During May 10, we have given name change requisition to Airtel from Fab Icecreams Company to Fab Dairy & Trading Ind Pvt. Ltd.,

While generating bills for the period 17th May to 16th Jun, Airtel has wrongly accounted the payment made in Fab Icecreams company account in the Fab Dairy account. They generated amount payable with Negative figures.

We have send the reconciliation and No response from Airtel. Even after several reminders, nothing has happened in our Favour.

We are totally dissatisfied with Airtel connections. We believe, AIrtel is concerned only about taking new connections. They are not bother about After Sale Service.
