Change of plan for lowest call charges

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform that Customer service for postpaid plans are the worst.

Inspite of repeatedly asking for change of plans the AIRTEL is yet to respond and very high charges are being billed.

I fail to understand why are the harassing a Post paid connection holder due to no fault of mine.

Pls do the needful.
