Airtel Post paid Connection - Deposit refund is not being paid to me

Hi,

I have been using two Airtel Post paid numbers - 9840968088 and 9003016808.

I have disconnected 9003016808 & coverted the number 9840968088 to Prepaid

long back due to Poor Customer Service of Airtel. There are refund amounts

on these two numbers that Airtel has to Owe me.

Number 9840968088 - Refund Amount Rs. 900.45

Number 9003016808 - Refund Amount Rs. 674.

I have been following up with Airtel for the past two months to get back my

refund amounts. But im not getting any response from Airtel.

As per Airtel, they have sent me cheque for the number 9840968088 and the details are as below.

Cheque number : 55977

Refund amount: Rs.900.45 -

Bank name: HDFC bank

Cheque date : 22 09 09

Courier name: Xpress courier

Received by: Mr. Shakthi (Relation)

Received on : 14/10/09

Delivered by-NEIGHBOUR-Xpress Deliveries.

When i contected the Courier Service, they told me that they have sent the cheques back to Airtel. Also i have never received my refund amount of Rs.674 for the number 9003016808.

I contacted Airtel so many times and they tell me that they cannot send me the refund amounts again.

Please help me in this regard.
