Airtel Postpaid
Fake bills without any use

My self rahul nema (P. No. 9760471118) has applied for conversion of post paid to prepaid connection on 03/10 & paid the dues Rs 130 on 05/10 to M/S shree ganga communications, haridwar.

I had completed all the required formalities in the above mentioned office but the needful has not yet been completed.

I have also talked to customer care executives twice or thrice but to no avail.

I have received a bill with an amount of rs 1258 for the period of 05/10 to 05/12.

It is really frustrating to be dealing with a company which boasts itself to be the best telecom operator in india.
