FALSE BILLING

Dear Sir,

I Kamal kumar Saraf having Airtel Mobile no.9748729272 received the false & inflated bill. In this bill they have charged for GPRS & other false charges. I want to clearify that these services has not been used by me, as I dont't required by me. Even this will work on my handset or not I don't know. I am not satisfy from the explanation given by Customer Care, they simply try to avoid the customer complain & simply say that all charges will have to be paid by me. I had lodged a complian earlier, but I have not received any reply.

Now the due date for payment is coming, I am in a mess what I will do.

Kindly look after this matter at urgent basis.
