I am using last 2 years airtel postpaid number 9000900170.last Sep and Oct I got more bills 2100 Rs. I asked reason and sent proof of my call summary with call charges. Airtel customer replied we don’t have full details but you have to pay bills. I told how I can pay with out proof. Send proof of my bill details then only I will pay like I replied. After month disconnected my outgoing calls and next month disconnected my number with out any information. After that I had taken new prepaid number. Airtel customers taken sim contact numbers from my number 9000900170 and called all the numbers they told she was not paid airtel postpaid and disconnect given about me wrong information and taken my new number. I only told give my new number to my friends they are asked me can I give your new number or not. They are given my new contact number. Airtel customers called me asked to pay bill. I mentioned same reason they replied we don’t have detailed bill. After that they are calling my sim contact persons again and again every body complaint about me wrong information and irritating them too much like will go court she was not paid amount. Calls was coming these numbers 9989333969 and 9989333892 and 9989333967 and one of the names was Tulasi.
But they are not calling me even they know my new contact number also. What I have to do this was happening last 3 months.
Why airtel customer people doing like this if mistake have their side also.
Why I have to pay bill without knowing how they generate bill?
