I have made a Request for migration of postpaid to prepaid. details below
1. Request dated : 20/10
2. Airtel Relationship center, Ameerpet, Hyderabad (ZION associates)
3. Sim no: 89914904040450697882 (H-3), Phone no: 8008188666
4. Amount cleared as per customer service on 20/10 Rs 1730.00 against postpaid balance Amount collected for prepaid Rs 35 65, Rs 222 recharge.
My account is still not migrated to prepaid. I have tried contacting airtel relationship center, ameerpet, Hyderabad, AP. I only get one response from them that "they are trying to convert will be converted in couple of days"
But I have been struggling to do so in last 3 months and my number is still not been migrated to prepaid. All I hear from them is they would wave my monthly charges made after the migration request and convert to prepaid. Every month I am issued new bill which I am not liable to pay, I have cleared all my dues at the time of transfer and I did not use the mobile since then. I am usually out of city it is difficult for me to go and spend time with relationship center. Even then I went 4 to 5 times and emphasized them to take serious action, but they are least bothered and I
can still see my file lying in the bunch. We I contact customer care they put me this automated response
"We apologize for inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
Kindly be informed that as per the Service Request number 40782755, your request for conversion from postpaid to prepaid has been denied due to non receipt of payment. We request you to kindly make the payment towads your bill dated 21/01 to process your request. We request your kind cooperation and understanding in this regard."
If there any dues left during migration I can clear them out, but I am not willing to pay the bills after migration request is made.
I do not understand why it is that difficult to do a simple postpaid to prepaid transfer. I request you to kindly take serious action and I am not liable to pay any of the postpaid bills after the request. Please kindly help me out with is issue.
