Dear Sir

This is Raju & my contact # is 9818658655.

This complaint is regarding non-payment of postpaid bill b'coz AIRTEL have not provided correct bill. After continuously asked just to send a correct bill for payment purpose customer care guys says OK we will send the same, but till now we haven't recd any of the bill.

Why this bill is wrong, b'coz from 28/02 the existing plan that we were using is about to terminate & before termination i got a call from AIRTEL customer care service that your paln will terminate on 28/02. Do you wish to continue we said we do not want to continue this plan we want to change from postpaid to prepaid. Pls do not add one time payment charge as i am not going to pay any extra charges.

And, from 24/02 continuously i am visiting to AIRTEL outlet for prepaid connection, but none of AIRTEL outlet have conversion prepaid connection. I made visiting continuously for 2 months to AIRTEL outlet for prepaid connection & in the meantime my POSTPAID # was working. Finally, i make a decision that i will not continue this number & i made a complaint pls discontinue my number & after that AIRTEL customer care continues there call again & again just to make payment we said that pls provide us exact bill but till now we haven't recd any bill & today 30/07 we got a legal notice.

And, just i made a call to customer care complaint helpline # 198 & i had a word with senior gal her name is Ms Anu & she gave me compliant # 726049068.

So, pls send a correct bill as per customer care pending bill amt.is Rs 1083. I asked for a details & they gave me the details are as folows :

Bill incl. of Rs 198 call charges Rs 5 SMS charges 94 Taxes = Actual bill is Rs 297.

They added one time payment charge of # Rs. 699

Total Bill = Rs 996

Got Waiver # Rs. 449.

Now the bill amt is # 547

But the actual bill was Rs.297. From where they have added Rs 250.

So, i am requesting you guys pls tell AIRTEL to send a actual bill for full & final payment.
