I am applied for a duplicate sim card on 14/04 and got it on 19/04. After then i was busy and today i checked it and surprised that till the old sim card working with all facilites. I contact the customer care and Mr. Nilesh holded the line for 20 minutes and disconnected without any reply. I had locked a complaint on him vide complaint No.1049307529 today (05/05). Again I locked a complaint for the deactivation of the Old Sim No. and requsted for the activation of the new sim card.
Please advice me what can i further do for the Out going calls made after 14/04, and how it chargeble for me.
What is the action i will take against airtel.
Please advice.
