Refund of Call drop charges

Dear Sir,

My Mobile No. 9829119466 with name Vishnu Kumar S/0 Shanker Lal.

In a tour when phone was in roaming, about 60-70 calls droped. I can't talk with persons and bill amount added to the bill.

Please reduce these call charges from my bill.
