I am using airtel postpaid mobile number 9910090382 since october. My average bill is Rs 600 as my usage is not high.also using 2g gprs of rental rs 198 in which 3GB data is free which is always more than enough and I never used beyond 1.5 GB in any month. my credit limit is Rs 5000.

Suddenly on 8th june i received a bill of Rs 18000.

When i checked the bill i found airtel has charged Rs 17600 for gprs usage of 1.2 GB with total usage of 4.2GB which i never used.

I wrote 7 emails to [email protected] and nodal office as well, and 4 calls at 121

got no resolve.

Airtel is saying i have used 3G services.but i have clarified i never gone for any 3g plan as i was never interested in 3g services and its impossible to use 4GB at in 2G plan and also my usage is not so high as you can refer to my previous bills.

Also airtel didnt considered my credit limit.

It seems airtel is forcefully imposing wrong bill

Please suggest me what should i do.

I am ready to cooperate but not for wrong bills
