I have lodged several complaints for poor network coverage at my residence

I requested for a better tariff plan as Airtel sucks my blood in the name of corporate plan (Rs 2000 PM ave.)

Many time i found that my address is not updated properly, everytime i had to tell them..

Lastly when i called up 121 for a clarification for newyear surprise gift SMS i was really driven by the customer care executive ..

Please please someone help me to show my agony in the right way, I am fed up of making calls from standing on the road like a mad fellow.. I strongly wish to make Airtel realize it..

121 helpline from airtel seem to be a gateway to a gang of gangsters who always test one's BP..
