Hi Team,

I charged 2 times for Rs 20 each for tadka live first on 1 jul and then on 16 Jul Jul its been automatically renewed.

can you provide me which service its associated with also I am already having 512 Mb free gprs accounts why I should using this service.

over the top I call to your customer care 2 times on 5 Jul and the lady says call us after 4 hrs our system is upgraded.

and again call on 26th I called 5 times they hang up 4 time once I tell complaint for Tadka live and then last time they told same upgrade story but give me 198 number where I can take the info.

next day when I called 198 they also don't know much about tadka live services and also dont know which application I used there.

So please check my account and let me know which app/service I used in Tadka live and if there is problem please refund my 40 Rs.
