I have registered for Airtel Mobile TV. on around 14/04. Since then daily 10Rs is getting deducted from my balance. I have contacted to Customer Care on 16/04 (8 PM) and requested them to stop all my active services. (Request Reference No - CBDMT20416847). As per communication with customer care he told me that my mobile TV service is stopped and at the point there is no any active service with my account. But still since then till date i have been daily charged 10 Rs, i have try to communicate with customer care on 121, but i am not allowing to do so, every time voice message come to start / stop services by pressing *121#. I have also contacted to the nearest Airtel office but they are telling me to contact customer care.

I don't know how to get out of this, its really irritating for me also don't know from where should i will get help for this.
