I have problem with my Air tel prepaid number. The guys cal and sending messages regarding update of proofs. But when i went for submission, they r not taken the proofs and not respond properly.
What can i do? its bull shit...
At least the list of centers where i have to submit the proofs, that also they don't mention in the air tel website. In this thing only we can see how much negligence is there.
If this process (making calls and sending messages) is continued i will go to consumer forum, i have proofs for that, and i will change my mobile network to other.
If the company is operated by humans, It is minimum sense to respond customers problem.
