Disconnection twice

I have taken an Airtel pre-paid connection on 25.09.2011 after submitting all relevant documents. On 10th October my connection was disconnected by Airtel authority and told by cust care that my documents is incomplete. After about 8 days it is started and again it is disconnected from today that is 02.11.2011. My mobile no. is 9679401853. Please do something.
