UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS FROM PREPAID MOBILE

I HAVE AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE NUMBER 9880494820. Every now and then some sms comes saying I have been charged (unauthorised deduction) for some down loads which I never attempted or downloaded. The latest is today 23 May for some JAVA GAMES for which I have been chaerged Rs.99/- and Tadka for which Rs.20/-. I sent sms to 121 STOP but reply comes "unable to process request try after some time." This is utterly ILLEGAL and I request Airtel to stop such malpractices forthwith and refund the unauthorised deductions.
