DISCONNECTION WITHOUT NOTICE

Dear Sir,

I have taken Pre Paid Connection with Airtel on July. And was using for a month.

I have recharged it for Rs 333.

The service provider disconnected it saying that my address verification went wrong. They never came to my house or called me for the same.

When made complaint to Nodal office, they advised me to take a duplictae Sim so that they will reactivate the number and the balance money.

Nothing happened.

Where should i make the complaint
