Prepaid mobile recharge, Poor customer service

Dear Sir

I have recharged my mobile 91 9902259334 for Rs. 50/- by online internet bank recharge, with transaction ID

BIL / 198545568 / 0103 / 919902259334/91990 on 4th Jan. I have received SMS msg that Rs 43.33 will be recharged after 30 mins from Airtel. But the balance has not been updated even till now. I lodged a complaint to Airtel from my mobile, and after two days I was informed that due to some technical reasons, the mobile was not recharged and the amount will be credited back to the Bank. As on today, the amount also is not credited to the account. So I requested you to either recharge the mobile or credit back the amount to the account.

When I spoke to the customer care 121, the customer service executives are so arrogant and never provided a satisfactory answer. Above all, they were disconnecting the call, without even having the courtesy. Do they realize the fact that customers are paying money to talk to them? They make a blank statement, "Sir, the mobile is not rechargd". Is this the answer we expect from a customer service executive?

The need of the hour is to teach the CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS to all customer service executives. This is not an expected behaviour from them. Do they recognize that the customer is paying for the call? I had to spend so much of money to talk to them, that is only to get arrogant and irresponsible answers.

So I request you to kindly do the needful.
