Connection Inactive

Hi Airtel Team,

I am using a Airtel Prepaid connection for past 5 years. The number is 9945429052.

Suddenly my SIM become inactive from 28th september without any prior communication.

When I checked up with your customer care, i got the reply as i need to provide some evidence for photo and address proof to enable back my connection. When i asked about the lack of prior information, the call is disconnected from customer care.

I have given this number for all records and hence activate this number.

I regret to say that the response and actions from Airtel in this regard is not satisfactory and inefficient.
