I am Atul Vikram Singh and i have Airtel prepaid connection (Cell Number 91-9893685466). My complain is against deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile connection. I received an SMS stating "Hi! You have been successfully subscribed to Hasya Kavita in Hindi alerts. You have been charged Rs.30 and your service will be activated within 24 hrs." from 54321 on 02-10-10 at 11:41 AM. There was no request made from my side. My money was deducted and i have been receiving nonsense two liners from HKAV every day. I tried to contact Costumer care of Airtel and talked to a lady named Ritu Verma on 05.10.10 but she refused to accept that such services are active on my number and any deduction made from my balance.
This kind of non sense has been done to my wife's number also few months back.
Please help me and instruct such companies not to suck money of their customers in this way.
