Service renewed without any comfirmetion massage

I had call cc for 98/- plan of mo internet plan. they told me to activate this plan recharge of rs. 98/- it will not be deducted from your balance, then after one month later i want to deactivate this service they renewed my plan without any notification message or my permission. i dont understand that firstly they said that it cannot be deducted from my balance and secondly it will deduct from my balance.
