AT THE TIME OF MIGRATION FROM POST PAID TO PRE-PAID ON 16 NOV ALL REQUIREMENT WERE FULLFILLED IN AIRTELS CAMP OFFICE AND NEW SIM WAS GIVEN TO ME. KNOW SINCE YESTERDAY THEY HAVE BLOKED MY CARD/ ON INQUIREY THEY SAY I HAVE TO VISIT THEIR OFFICE AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN. i DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I SHOULD SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT AGAIN WHEN I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN TO THEM LESS THEN A MONTH AGO. WHAT ABOUT MY DOCUMENT GIVEN TO THEM EARLIER ARE THEY GOING TO RETURN IT TO ME? HOW THEY CAN BLOCK MY CARD? WHAT ABOUT THE HUMELATION I AM FASING?
